Meet our Founder Kosta Stavlas

Kosta Stavlas is the Managing Director of Theodore Williams Tax & Advisory, where he practices in all areas of direct and indirect taxation. His expertise is particularly focused on corporate income tax, small business restructuring, and property development.

With over a decade of experience at a Big-4 firm specialising in corporate income tax, Kosta now applies his commercial and tax knowledge to assist businesses at all levels, including startups, private enterprises, large corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.

As part of the firm's Virtual CFO service offering, Kosta leverages his technical tax expertise to provide commercial and practical outcomes at every level of business and stakeholder engagement. He helps clients navigate complex tax and business matters while delivering tailored reporting solutions.

Kosta also has experience in international taxation, including establishing appropriate tax structures and managing the repatriation of cross-border profits.

Kosta holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance (with Distinction). Additionally, he is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Tax Institute.
